Termination of housing in the event of death

This form is printed out and signed and sent to Topbostäder AB.

The period of notice for an estate is 1 calendar month, provided that the notice is received by Topbostäder AB within one month of the death occurring.
If notice with signatures as below is received later, 3 months' notice applies. A death certificate with a family report (from the Swedish Tax Agency, tel. 0771-567 567) must be attached to the notice.
