Gladan prel. occupancy 2/12 -24

In the Gladan block, opposite the Rättscentrum, the old gas station and the building where Öströms färg and Nyfiket had their business premises were previously demolished.
Now the construction of apartments and 600 square meters of commercial premises is underway, which will be located on the ground floor facing Lasarettsgatan, with planned occupancy preliminary December 2, 2024.

The new houses will be built in a horseshoe shape with a south-facing courtyard

Available apartments will be posted to the housing queue every Monday during the month of October. You can submit 5 expressions of interest per week.

Thesebuildings will provide housing to suit everyone, from small apartments suitable for young adults leaving home to large families with children.

85 modern apartments in the middle of town close to the center with shops and restaurants. In the neighborhood there is also a Coop store. Only 5 minutes to the nearest ski slope and 10 minutes to the slalom slope at Dundret.

The apartments have 1-4 rooms and kitchens and vary in size. There are two toilets in the 4 room and kitchen apartments.

They have bright finishes and are prepared to install a washing machine and dishwasher. The toilets have towel rails and the kitchen has a microwave. The balconies have opening glazing.

There is a heated underground garage with some places for electric chargers. In connection with it there is also storage room.

All tenants will be able to rent an overnight apartment of 22.6 sqm for a small fee for relatives living in other locations.
