Vassara

Vassara is our new Senior and Security Housing for +65, located in the city center. A range of shopping and restaurants adjoin the area.

The sheltered housing has a common room where a security guard works for part of the day. Tenants of the Senior Housing have the opportunity to book the community room free of charge during evenings and weekends.

Vassara's courtyard is a nice area with a shared terrace, pergola, shrubs, flowers and activity gym.

There is also a heated underground garage where tenants can rent a parking space. Some are adapted for electric car charging.

Nearby is the Hälsans path next to the Vassara river, and also ski and snowmobile trails during the winter.
Grocery stores and restaurants are around the corner.
