The new Nuolajärvi neighborhood is a residential area in an expanding area with a variety of newly built villas and properties preserved from Malmo. Lake Nuolajärvi and the Vassara River are nearby.
There are car spaces and carports for rent, some spaces are intended for charging your electric car. In the courtyard there is also a building with storage for all apartments. The neighborhood has a nice sauna with a patio where you can grill.
A jogging track passes through the area, which is groomed for skiing and snowmobiling in winter.
Within 2-3 km there is the center, Malmen's free school, municipal preschools, secondary school and high school. About 1km to the nearest grocery store and manned gas station.
Rents will be between SEK 8,328 - 11,038 depending on size and location. Domestic electricity and hot water will be added.
The floors in the apartments have matt lacquered oak parquet except in the hall and bathroom which have tiles. The rooms have white painted walls and background wall in different shades of gray. There are curtain fittings and rails fitted.
In the kitchen / dining room there are kitchen carpentry with white smooth doors. The countertop is in gray laminate. Combined fridge / freezer in 2: and fridge and freezer in 3:. Stove with glass ceramic hob and convection oven and microwave in upper cabinet. Lighting under wall cabinets and spotlights.
In the bathrooms there is a corner shower with clear glass 80X80 cm. It is prepared for a washing machine and also a dryer in the 3 rooms. There is a towel dryer in all apartments and in the 3 room apartments a countertop. The walls have white glossy tiles. Mirror cabinets are available with led lighting and washbasins including commode.
